Casting on was the hardest part; I was doing it in the car last night when we were driving somewhere. If I had been at home, I probably would have cast on with straight needles and then knitted off onto the little circular. It wasn't bad, though. I just did about three rows with Fixation. I think it could work, although it feels kind of fiddly. Maybe just because I'm not used to it.
