Last night I was winding some of the Nature Wool into balls by draping the hanks around the back of one of the dining room chairs, and winding the balls by hand. Bob came in and offered to help, so I let him sit down and hold the hank for me. I did one by myself, and did one with him, and we were both tired, so we stopped.

He asked, "Why doesn't it come in balls?" and I said that it was because it would be more expensive, although I'm just assuming that.

My plan is to make a Suki for someone for a Christmas gift. I really feel the need for some mindless, quick knitting. I totally enjoyed making the Perfect Pouch (aside from the attached i-cord), but I think I'll make another Suki next, then maybe another pouch. I have a lot of the Nature Wool that I bought with no project in mind--totally on impulse, or maybe compulsion or obsession would be better words . . .

Waking up in the middle of the night panicking because I need more wool is totally not normal.

Maybe I can blame that on my hormonal issues, too. :)
