Knitting Zen

I was sitting here knitting on the pink cardigan, thinking about what I should make with the apricot cotton, and remembered last night when I got the mail. I wasn't even going to open the boxes, I was just going to leave them and wait, because i knew if I opened them, the temptation to at least swatch it would be too great. Man, I'm so glad I opened them! What a cruel surprise it would have been to open them in a couple of weeks and find neon orange instead of the soft, springy apricot! Oh well, who am I kidding? I wouldn't have been able to wait two weeks. But even waiting a day or so, they might have been out of that color. I did manage to buy more--I was afraid to wait until the return was sorted out, in case they ran out. Now I just have to contact them about the return. Hopefully that will work out.
