Amy wrote in the comments and asked how the poncho was going, whether I was bored with it.

No, I'm not bored with it at all, but I did stop working on it because I think working with the larger needles causes my shoulder to hurt. It's probably a combination of working on a computer all day long, i.e., using the mouse, plus knitting, because it's my right shoulder. I figure it's some kind of repetitive stress injury. So I've stopped knitting so much, and particularly with large needles, until it feels better. I did finally pick up something on little needles--a tarot card bag worked in Koigu--and I'm just working on it a little bit each day. I hate having a knitting injury!

I guess I should probably try knitting without "throwing" with my right arm, I'm sure that would help, and I'll do that if it doesn't look like it's going to get better soon.

Ah, crap. Injuries suck (speaking as a left-foot-impaired former walker-for-exercise). Sympathies and fast healing! (koigu + tarot sounds yummy)

Knitting injury! Oh, no!
But you know the cure is ordering more Koigu, right? (sigh, if only it were that easy.....) Feel better soon....
