I really haven't done any knitting at all this summer. I've been busy doing other things--mostly on the computer, that is, setting up my new eMac, getting familiar with OSX, playing The Sims, importing music into my new iPod, etc.--but also, summer doesn't really seem like knitting weather to me. But with cooler weather, my hands are wanting to knit something again. So I pulled some Kureyon out of my stash last night and cast on for this Kool-Aid Striped Felted Bag.
It starts at the bottom, which is kind of fiddly (just sort of difficult to arrange the four cast-on stitches on doublepointed needles), but once I'd done a few rows and got it large enough that it would fit on a short circular needle, it's going very quickly. We're going to go away for the weekend on a little road trip to Branson, so it should make good car knitting, I think. Assuming I don't finish it before then.
